dec·li·na·tion: A method of establishing a celestial object's location by using the angular distance north or south of the celestial equator. Similar to a latitude designation on the planet Earth. It is measured from -90o at the south celestial pole to +90o at the north celestial pole.
The object of this follow-up article is to track the effects of four planets parallel (together) in declination measurement during the winter of 2005-6. The four planets were together early in the year in a sustained parallel for over two months. Checking back over 1,000 years, there was no other such grouping. The effects of this parallel will be understood more clearly in a year or two, then in years to come, the historical events will recorded. We can only speculate and discuss the possibilities based on historical evidence of the two major players in the parallel, Neptune and Pluto. The original article suggested many scenarios, one being a repeat of the bird flu pandemic. War, disease, pestilence and revolution occurred during previous parallels of just two of the planets, Neptune and Pluto. The fact that Saturn was present with the parallel during the Civil and WWI events highlights the suffering and loss at those times.
The influence of Venus and Jupiter in January and February, in my opinion, has offered a measure of protection against such travesties. However, once the year moves along, that protection is lost and Saturn takes a turn under the influence of a contra parallel to Neptune and Pluto.
Ebertin in The Combination of Stellar Influences puts this combination as "dark forebodings, pessimism, grievous emotional suffering and a gradual decline."
From the fig 1 graph, the timing of these influences will be the month of September 2006. The harshness of the Ebertin pronouncement will be buffered by the return of Jupiter during this period. Will Jupiter's influence be enough to counteract the suffering or will it provide increase to the dance of death? Referring back to Ebertin, the offering for Pluto, Neptune and Jupiter in combination is 'A general love of humanity, religiousness and sectarians' (One characterized by bigoted adherence to a factional viewpoint).
The early months of 2006 brought news of religion, oil, bird flu and weather into high focus on a regular basis. Winter weather in the northeast USA was greeted with a sigh of relief as my forecasted warmer than normal temperatures greatly reduced the consumption of high priced heating oil. What is currently being experienced with the extreme escalation in the cost of gasoline can be seen through the continued influence of Jupiter paralleling both Pluto and Neptune, but without the added benefits of Venus. Venus moved on at the end of March 2006.
Please view the graph and note when Venus separates and moves on, then Jupiter separates at the end of April leaving only Pluto and Neptune to continue their particular influence over the course of a two year period. Continuing with the graph, note that Jupiter returns to the parallel in September for about 2-3 weeks. What happens in September? Hurricane season is at its peak. Saturn enters the playing field for September and contra parallels Neptune and Pluto. In the original article, the historical points of interest were the death and disease events during the Civil and the First World War. It is likely that death and disease in some form will occur with the engagement of Saturn. Longitude aspects of Saturn and Neptune at the same time guarantees.
Bird flu and the legitimate scare of a pandemic such as the deadly influenza that killed millions of people during 1917-8 was a concern in the fall of 2005 and many government agencies were reported to be working on possible emergency scenarios for the general public, including vaccination. The awareness began September 2005, but will actuality be in September 2006?
At the time of posting this article, a TV. movie on a possible pandemic aired on May 9, 2006. The information portrayed in the movie appeared to be somewhat genuine, but the chilling aftermath remains. The flu virus is smarter than the humans trying to contain or kill it! The best-selling and controversial novel about religion, The DaVinci Code, will be premiering in May.
