INTRODUCTION

The system of Long Range Weather Forecasting has proved itself over and over. There is no doubt that extreme weather has been with us for roughly three years. Weathersage was the first to forecast the extreme weather for each season since 2008. A meteorologist can make the same comment when the season is over and simply add the results to their list of statistics.

The system takes the natural objects in our solar system, selects an earthly location then creates a model which is based on the Sun, Moon and planets placement at that location. It is a simple system and it is fairly easy to interpret. Why not consider becoming a part of our weather group by taking the weather course. The details are on the website.

Wouldn't it be a better choice to fund a system that can achieve Long Range Forecasting? This newsletter and all the forecasts are produced by one person and one computer with no government or private funding. When the system and analyst guarantee a one day forecast for next year or the year after, imagine what could be done with the monies now spent trying to keep a three day weather forecast accurate.
Conventional weather forecasting cannot be based on statistics alone because the elements in our environment shift continuously. The meteorologists projection and their three day forecast which they consider long range simply don't work.

Breaking Mother Nature's code surely is on the wish list of any meteorologist but they will never succeed by using statistics and radar. For the long range forecaster, we wish no longer; we have done it. We continually improve our methods and system to forecast weather anytime into the future. Our history goes back in history to the likes of Kepler and Goad.

REVIEW - NATIONAL TRENDS FOR SPRING 2011 - ACROSS THE USA

Accurately forecast was the cooler than average spring in the northeast, great fires in Texas, cold fronts barreled through the northern plains states. North central states and Tornado Alley suffered above average activity. At the south and gulf, above average tornado season was also forecast.

NATIONAL TRENDS FOR SUMMER 2011 - ACROSS THE USA

Weather generally comes in from the west to traverse the USA headed at times toward the north, or the middle or headed south. During summertime, weather systems can flourish in the Gulf of Mexico sending more moisture north than we would expect. Systems that form in the Caribbean or those that form off the coast of Africa have a nebulous path. Many weather systems travel east along the ITZ.

WEST COAST

This season, the influences in the west, in the Pacific, will tend to be balmy with gentle breezes. However, on land, much of the west coast will have a moisture influence which disguises its self in many ways - mist, fog, marine influence along the coast are a few of the stranger weather events to come. The mysterious types of moisture will join with a hot and dry influence that extends from the northern Rockies down through Mexico and the Baja. The combination of weather fronts will produce storms and hurricanes for the west coast of Mexico. At times some storms will swerve north and affect our southwestern states. On other days, the southwest is hot, hot, hot.

NORTHWEST

A stormy pattern will bring in more than average fast moving storms and a variety at that! More wind is expected as well.

PERIGEE AND SYZYGY ** SuperMoons - March 19, April 18, 2011

TERMINOLOGY

*Perigee periods, as noted in the forecasts, occur when the Moon is closest to Earth every month. The trend for weather is toward intensification with the stronger gravitational pull of the Moon on Earth at this time. The tides will be higher and lower than normal near the exact date, plus there will be an increase in the wind activity. When the Moon is at perigee and at the same time it is also a new or full Moon, it is called a 'SuperMoon'.

A syzygy is a situation where three celestial bodies are positioned along a straight line. The term is also applied to each instance of New Moon or Full Moon when Sun and Moon are in conjunction or opposition, even though they are not precisely on one line with the Earth.

**SuperMoon is a term coined by Richard Nolle, Astrologer. He defines the SuperMoon as a perigee-syzygy; namely a new or full moon which occurs at or near (within 90% of) perigee. Check his website for the complete list of SuperMoon dates.

FLORIDA

In May, the Atlantic Chapter of NCGR hosted a presentation on the 2011 Hurricane Season. Yours truly spoke and interacted with the audience, presenting the full 6 month USA hurricane season with reference to the Mexico season as well as pointing out the development of other storms in the Atlantic and the Caribbean. Details follow with the FREE report through September. The remaining months will be posted in the fall weather report.

USA CENTRAL

Variable weather systems will prevail in the middle both north and south of the country where more flooding could bring additional heavy rain to the already flooded Mississippi and other rivers. On other days, gentle breezes and fair weather could prevail for a goodly portion of the summer. Much of the rain will come from the gulf and from the MX hurricane and tropical systems veering north.

SOUTH & EAST

Hot temperatures for Florida up through the mid-Atlantic states through to Buffalo, NY. At times the heat will be oppressive and intense. Old records will be trashed. With hot weather, fires are going to be in the news. Clean up loose brush if you will be susceptible to local brush fires.

NORTHEAST

In the northeast, the thought of enduring another cool season is daunting, however, the season will be mostly mixed weather weeks and not the most pleasant of times, a continuation of spring patterns only naturally warmer. I think there will be a continuing pattern of long periods of dry and very wet and cool systems affecting the northeast. A more detailed report for New England is located further on in this report. There are many stormy influences that are sure to brush us with a hurricane or come even closer.

FREE HURRICANE REPORT - SUMMER WEATHER REPORT FOR FLORIDA

The following is an abbreviated version of my presentation in Florida, May 2011 at the Atlantic NCGR chapter, a great group of people - THANK YOU!

The summer season model has more cooler and dry conditions along with strong winds which are indicated in the weekly summaries. The base location is Miami, but a wider view of the region is seen through a variety of models. The remaining months of the forecast will be in the fall forecast.

The strongest indications for storms and hurricanes falls at the western Mexican coast, including the Baja. Ken Paone (see list of astrometeorologists) has written an extensive article for the August issue of Dell Horoscope Magazine and as colleagues we agree that Mexico will have many tropical events this season.

2011 - Florida Free Hurricane and Weather

Quarter Moon June 23

A tropical storm will affect Florida. The Baha coast will see a heavy rain system forming.

New Moon July 1 - Solar Eclipse 9 deg. Cancer. Perigee July 7.

Rain with strong winds could induce flooding in Florida. Extra moisture in the form of a tropical flow insures plenty of wet weather. The windy event is near July 5th. Puerto Rico will have heavy rain.

Quarter Moon July 8 - Perigee July 7

.

Hot and windy leads to violent thunderstorms and heavy downpours. Mexico is in the eye of a destructive storm.

Full Moon - July 15

A mixed week of bright, sunny and hot weather along with the usual thunderstorms, perhaps a bit more intense than normal. A tropical system is forming in theAtlantic and the west coast of Mexico is once again stormy.

Quarter Moon July 23

Heavy rain and wind early in the period. Sunshine and heat will designate another mixed week of weather. The mid gulf states have very wet indications where the rains could move onto Florida.

New Moon July 30 - Perigee Aug 2

Watch for a tropical system to form which may stay offshore from Florida. The winds are not strong right now. Mexico is in for heavy rain.

Quarter Moon Aug 6

Strong thunderstorms with strong winds as well. Heavy rain forms from the gulf and drenches the gulf states, then moves onto Florida. There is a thought for the winds - they can be strong, but they may not have a definite direction.

Watch for a tropical storm to develop near the West Indies.

Full Moon Aug 13

A fair weather week - some humidity. You will find heavy rain in Texas and Louisiana with a strong wind to perk up the hurricane soup ingredients. Puerto Rico and the east coast are on alert for weather activity.

Quarter Moon Aug 21

The models are indicating a rain producer for the region, a tropical rain influence. Look for a low pressure system with violent winds. One blocking agent may push the storm away otherwise it is a land falling storm.

In the Atlantic near the West Indies and vicinity, a hurricane will develop. Mexico is also under the eye of Mother Nature and she is not happy.

New Moon Aug 28 - Perigee Aug 30

Plenty of hot weather but stormy weather is in the offing as well. Therefore, rain and wind in this mixed weather week. It is an active period for wind. In the western gulf the waters are heating and Houston is broiling.

Quarter Moon Sept 4

Tropical weather with heavy rain is the forecast. A severe and destructive system forms in the Atlantic; Cuba and Miami are under the extreme precipitation influences. Mexico produces yet another storm.

Full Moon Sept 12

Hot and humid conditions will begin the period. Later, heavy rain could lead to flooding. A tropical disturbance builds as the wind model for this period is strong. Extreme energy in Mexico at the Baja. A tropical system will be forming in the Atlantic east of the West Indies.

Quarter Moon Sept 20

There are many dry indications. Hot and dry and could very well lead to headliner brush fires as well as a heat wave. A storm/hurricane for Mexico may be sharing the headlines.

NEW ENGLAND & THE NORTHEAST SUMMER FORECAST

First, a review - Spring 2011

The forecast of a cooler than average spring season was 100% accurate. Extreme weather conditions roared through New England from developing fronts at the coast and in the Atlantic.

SUMMER 2011 - Erratic and electrical weather this summer. Overall it will be cooler than normal along with more strong winds. Power outages may be frequent. Rainfall may be scarce at times, heavier at other times. July looks to be more dry and pleasant for vacationers. August brings in more of the mixed weather periods.

DISCLAIMER: Weather descriptions in this report are not meant to raise panic, but to only assure you that severe weather is a part of the forecast. It is my intention to alert you to the possibilities and to remind you that some of the storms are localized and preparedness is the key to personal safety. Carolyn Egan

Summer 2011 - Local Winds Summary for New England- the alerts continue.

Wind velocity is calculated independent of the temperature and moisture models. The information is substantial then combined with the moisture model. The models are vastly different from the scientific models that give you a long range forecast only up to 3 days.

Jun 16 - Jul 2Violent winds, destructive.
July 2 - Jul 28A windy period with a gale force wind event.
Jul 28 - Aug 2(4 day period) Strong winds but without a definite direction; nebulous
Aug 2 - Aug 26Seasonal and variable winds
Aug 26 - Sept 9Seasonal and variable winds
Sept 9 - Sept 25Stronger winds return for fall. Bad winds brewing for the rest of the hurricane season.

WEEKLY SUMMARIES for New England and the Northeast

The following forecasts contain weekly summaries describing the weather for each 7-8 day lunar period. Not all weather events are described. Daily forecasts are available - see below.

NOTE: It is summertime and when the weather is very warm, localized or scattered thunderstorms are usually prevalent. It is the climate for Southern New England for summertime.

Tuesday June 15 - 22, 2011 Lunar Eclipse Full Moon 24:23 Sagittarius

High pressure begins the week with warm and dry weather. Violent thunderstorms with extreme winds are the portals to summer near the 21st.

Thursday -Quarter Moon June 23, 2011

Hot and dry conditions for a great week. Brides will be happy on the weekend and everyone else who enjoys the outdoors. Embrace the good feeling that summertime can bring. And….no complaints please when the heat becomes a bit uncomfortable - not after the cool spring just passed.

Friday -New Moon July 1 - Solar Eclipse 9 deg. Cancer. Perigee July 7.

A cooler and wet week ahead. Showers off and on during the period. The wind is stronger as well should a low pressure system form. July 3-4th may escape the showers during the celebrations and parades.

Friday -Quarter Moon July 8 - Perigee July 7.

Hot, and dry, but strong winds will make it seem cooler. Brush fire alert is on.

Friday -Full Moon - July 15

Brush fire warning is still in effect for another hot dry week. The winds are a tempest in Southern New England. Firefighters should be prepared, as well as homeowners.

Friday -Quarter Moon July 23

Hot and dry, pleasant summer weather with showers at the end of the period. Stronger influences show more humidity this period.

Saturday -New Moon July 30 - Perigee Aug 2.

A change in the weather brings in squallish type weather, mists, fogs, a variety of moisture events. Tropical type winds.

Saturday -Quarter Moon Aug 6

The same weather continues (from last period). Various fronts will have that old saying about 'give it a minute and the weather will change' kind of week. It is stormy, it is windy and it is electrical as well. Murky is a good word here, too. Prepare for some power losses here and there. Let's not forget that the sun will also shine - here and there.

Saturday -Full Moon Aug 13

This week begins with the remnants of the moist weather then will change to high pressure with sunny days. The week is mixed with pop up T-storms when the temps are high.

Sunday -Quarter Moon Aug 21

It will be wet and it will be windy. Strong winds, low pressure and an aggressive front should bring damaging winds to the region. Remnants of a hurricane are nearby; prepare for damage.

Sunday -New Moon Aug 28 - Perigee Aug 30.

Mother Nature continues to keep us on our toes by providing another mixed week of weather. Hot and dry for openers with substantial winds. Showers near mid period.

Sunday -Quarter Moon Sept 4

More rain on the way. A break to high pressure with sun, then clouds and more rain or Tstorms. It's cooler this week.

Monday -Full Moon Sept 12

Strong gusts of wind can prove to be very dangerous; they are present this week along with very fine summer weather with sun, then sun and clouds.

Tuesday -Quarter Moon Sept 20

A cold front drops in while very hot temps are also in the vicinity. Tropical weather is brewing strongly and the very warm areas will suck in the tropical system. A tricky week to forecast with the many forces of nature at work.

HINTS FOR FALL 2011 WEATHER IN NEW ENGLAND

A reprieve is in store for the northeast. More dry and pleasant conditions are present for the early fall. As the weeks wear on, one can expect more electrical Tstorms but , later, in New England, the harbingers of winter hover to remind us that New England experiences the four seasons completely and winter would be upon us as autumn fades, fades, fades.

Meteorology even with the aid of weather satellites, computers and modern high-speed communication facilities, never will succeed in dealing intelligently with anomalies of weather beyond the actual time and progress of the phenomena.
